Cassie O’Neal

Cassie was born and raised in Wilmington, DE and received her BFA in Fine Art from PCA&D in Lancaster, PA in 2013.

Since completing her apprenticeship in 2014, Cassie has been working full time in the industry. Her background in art and design provides an illustrative twist to American Traditional principals and motifs in tattooing. Cassie’s strengths include bold color, strong composition, and attention to detail.
